Qualifications

Must be a graduate who completed studies in 2026 or a final year undergraduate or Master’s student.
Interest in financial markets built through studies, work experience or extracurricular activities.
Curiosity for data and ability to analyse information to draw conclusions and propose solutions.
Customer centric and product-led mindset.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Participate in group projects aligned to LSEG goals.
Engage in divisional inductions and early careers activities.
Attend immersive online assessments and final assessment centre stages as part of the process.
