Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking a Finance Functional Lead - D365 to drive finance processes and optimize D365FO across our global enterprise. You will implement and align core finance modules with global standards, coordinating with internal teams and external partners for delivery, cutover, and data migration.

As the first Europe-based ERP hire, you will shape the team’s direction, ensure compliance, and enable robust financial reporting and BI in a fast-paced, multinational gaming environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of D365FO Finance modules (GL, AP/AR, FA, Bank Mgmt).
• Understanding of financial processes in manufacturing or gaming.
• Experience with multi-company, multi-currency, intercompany accounting.
• Familiarity with taxation, regulatory compliance and audits.
• Ability to perform reconciliations and period-end close in D365FO.
• Experienced in financial reporting, management reporting, and BI needs.
• Proven track record delivering multiple full D365FO implementations as a functional consultant.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Able to engage with finance leadership and manage stakeholders.
• Excellent documentation and communication in a fast-paced global setting.

• Lead development, configuration, and implementation of core finance modules.
• Coordinate solution delivery with internal and external partners; support cutover and data migration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting and global standards.
• Counsel on process optimization and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Monitor external partners and support data migration initiatives.
