Job summary

Arm is seeking a Senior Manager of Cybersecurity Incident Response to lead the global incident response team across the US, UK and India, and to act as a senior technical and operational leader for major cyber incidents.

The role sits within Arm’s Cyber Defence Operations and reports to enterprise security leadership, focusing on readiness, response coordination and post-incident improvements, including communication to executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Progression from hands-on technical incident response into leadership, including leading teams and investigators.
• Experience leading major cyber incidents with incident command, coordination and post-incident follow-up.
• Deep knowledge of cyber threat landscape and tailored response for major incidents.

Responsibilities

• Lead Arm’s global cybersecurity incident response function across regions.
• Coordinate high-priority and complex security incidents with partners and stakeholders.
• Develop incident response runbooks, playbooks and post-incident improvement actions.
