Job summary

Tokio Marine Kiln in London is recruiting a permanent Cyber Security Consultant to join the Cyber Centre of Excellence, seconded to Tokio Marine Holdings, reporting to the Global Head of Cyber Risk.

You will support development of the Group's cyber underwriting strategy, risk appetite and accumulation management, helping shape the organisation's understanding of cyber risk and the evolving cybersecurity landscape.

Qualifications

• A university degree in a relevant discipline.
• Practical experience in cyber risk, cybersecurity or risk assessment.
• Ability to collect, analyse and communicate cyber threat intelligence to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience delivering technical learning, presentations or training to stakeholders.
• Foundational understanding of cyber insurance and cyber risk management.
• Demonstrable professional experience in cyber risk, cybersecurity, consulting or related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cyber threats and the cybersecurity landscape, maintain threat intelligence sources.
• Lead gathering, analysis and production of cyber market intelligence, including a monthly digest.
• Contribute to horizon scanning publications, technical papers and risk analysis.
• Support delivery of cyber technical training through the Tokio Marine Cyber Academy.
• Assist with disaster scenario development, single points of failure and cyber accumulation modelling.
• Assess and evaluate cyber risk and security tools, promoting best practice.
• Develop cyber subject matter expertise and provide insights to internal stakeholders.
• Support delivery of the Group's cyber strategy through research and engagement with global cyber communities.
• Build relationships with cyber specialists across the Tokio Marine Group and contribute to thought leadership.
• Produce and maintain engaging content for the Cyber Centre of Excellence portal and communications.
