Job summary

ONNEC Group is seeking an International Credit Controller to manage Accounts Receivable across international customers, monitor balances, and drive timely collections. The role involves multi-currency handling, cross-functional collaboration, and supporting month-end activities in a hybrid London setting.

The successful candidate will have AR/credit control experience with international exposure, strong Excel and ERP skills (NetSuite or similar), and excellent stakeholder management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Credit Control or AR with international scope.
• Experience handling international or multi-currency accounts.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar).
• Strong Excel and financial systems knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable processes across international customers.
• Issue invoices and monitor outstanding balances.
• Proactively chase overdue payments to meet targets.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve billing queries or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to resolve invoicing issues.
• Handle multi-currency transactions and client accounts.
• Support month-end activities and reporting.
