Job summary

Audible is seeking a Manager, Creative Productions to lead the timely development and localization of creative deliverables across UK and AUS markets. You’ll drive campaigns, key art, title covers, and digital assets with a bias for action, working independently or with global teams.

You’ll champion AI-enabled tooling, streamline review and approvals, and optimize production workflows to deliver high‑quality work on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve creative production efficiency.
• Strong project management foundation with ability to manage end-to-end creative workflows.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple time zones and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with automated design systems and agentic tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming requests for production readiness and flag missing inputs.
• Optimize review and approval processes to reduce friction and ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end campaign workflows with clear handoffs.
• Coordinate between regional and global PM and creative teams for standards alignment.
• Translate briefs and business goals into actionable production plans.
