3M seeks a Corporate Auditor based at our HQ in Bracknell, Berkshire. You will audit subsidiaries, service centers, plants, and critical processes, gaining broad exposure to 3M’s operations and controls. You will interact with diverse teams and deliver findings to strengthen financial reporting and governance.

Ideal candidates hold a CA, have audit experience, and communicate clearly in English. The role is on-site with travel up to 25% and requires full-time commitment at the Bracknell site.

Formación

• Chartered Accountant qualification and a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance from an accredited university.
• Relevant professional experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience in internal or external audit.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with business-level fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Examine, evaluate and report on the accuracy of financial statements and internal controls.
• Conduct interviews and walkthroughs with stakeholders to identify control gaps or improvements.
• Analyze data and select samples for testing processes to identify gaps.
• Document and summarize audit findings and develop recommendations for process improvements.
• Communicate audit findings orally and in writing.
• Follow up on the resolution of audit findings.
