Job summary

Teledyne e2v is seeking a Contracts Manager to support its Space Imaging business from the UK (Chelmsford area). This hybrid role combines office and remote working, with responsibilities spanning drafting, negotiating and managing contracts for a globally distributed customer base.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations and Procurement to ensure compliance and minimize risk. Ideally you have a Law degree or equivalent, proven negotiation success, and strong contract-law knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts for a business unit.
• Ability to handle standard and bespoke contractual clauses.
• Proven track record in leading contract negotiations.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication for stakeholder engagement.
• Solid knowledge of contract law and practical application.
• Experience drafting and reviewing complex contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex contract negotiations with international customers.
• Review, draft and finalize standard and non-standard contracts.
• Ensure compliance with obligations and mitigate risk.
• Provide expert advice on contract terms and law.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Procurement.
• Drive process improvements to reduce exposure.
• Maintain relationships with global stakeholders and customers.
