Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate and advise on commercial agreements to reflect World Courier strategy and minimize legal risk.
• Provide support on global contracting strategy and external risk assessments.
• Supervise external counsel and manage legal spend where appropriate.
• Coordinate corporate governance and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
