Responsibilities
  • Deliver and maintain reporting: Produce and monitor key daily, weekly, and monthly loyalty performance reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of KPIs and insights.
  • Enhance BI efficiency: Streamline and automate reporting processes to reduce manual work and improve accessibility of loyalty data across teams.
  • Manage Power BI suite: Oversee and optimise Costa's Power BI reporting estate, capturing stakeholder requirements, building new reports, and maintaining a development backlog.
  • Enable data-driven decision-making: Provide actionable member insights to support CRM, Finance, and wider business teams in driving commercial outcomes.
  • Ensure data quality and reliability: Monitor data consistency, identify discrepancies in data sources, and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues promptly.
Technical Skills
  • Power BI and Technical Skills: 1-2 years' experience building and maintaining Power BI reports, with proficiency in SQL and Databricks to analyse large datasets.
  • Analytical and Data Visualisation Expertise: Proven ability to translate data into meaningful insights and create impactful visual reports that inform business decisions.
  • Experience in Consumer and Commercial Insight: Understanding of loyalty and consumer metrics, with commercial awareness of the retail industry.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Confident communicator, able to partner effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail and Adaptability: Highly organised with strong self‑management skills, thriving in a fast‑paced environment while ensuring data accuracy and quality.
