Job summary

J.P. Morgan Europe Limited Treasury Finance is seeking a Vice President to steer forecasting, analysis, and governance insights for the entity supporting Chase consumer banking activities.

You will translate complex financial and regulatory matters into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders, contribute to planning and regulatory oversight, and drive improvements in management reporting and automation within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; interpret complex financial information.
• Strong written and verbal communication; present insights clearly to varied audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple teams and priorities.
• Ability to build effective relationships across levels and functions.
• Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, business management, legal entity finance, or banking finance.
• Strong understanding of banking financial statements and balance sheet fundamentals.
• Flexible and resilient under pressure; meet changing requirements and strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills and VBA, and ability to work with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production of monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts for J.P. Morgan Europe Limited
• Monitor legal entity financial performance against budget and outlook submissions
• Produce and analyse baseline and stressed forecasts for regulatory submissions (ICAAP)
• Deliver executive-level analysis of financial results, business drivers, risks and opportunities
• Maintain understanding of financial performance, balance sheet evolution and profitability drivers
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives and enhancements to management reporting
