Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Consolidation & Reporting Manager to support the International Finance team during Oracle ERP implementation. This hands-on role covers international consolidation, month-end close and reporting, plus data mapping, testing, reconciliation and go-live support.

You will work across multiple entities and partner with Controllership, FP&A, Tax, Treasury and local finance teams to ensure accurate, timely reporting during and after the ERP rollout.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in financial consolidation and month-end close within a multinational.
• Strong experience with Oracle ERP Fusion and consolidation tooling.
• Experience with US GAAP and IFRS reporting.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate across countries and functions.

Responsibilities

• Support international close and reporting processes.
• Review intercompany balances, eliminations and currency translations.
• Assist with mapping, data migration and testing during Oracle implementation.
• Develop standardised close procedures and reporting templates.
• Work with global finance teams and external auditors as needed.
