Job summary

Kambi Group plc in London or Malta is seeking a Compliance Manager to own core compliance activities across the business. You’ll manage client and partner due diligence, regulatory monitoring, policy development and licensing submissions within a growing global gaming company.

You’ll work with the Legal team and senior stakeholders, guiding our compliance framework as regulatory requirements evolve. The role offers hybrid working with three days in the office and opportunities to influence

Qualifications

• Strong professional experience ideally within the gaming industry.
• Experience working in a compliance or regulatory environment within gaming.
• Strong organisational skills and close attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned work and deliver to tight deadlines.
• Clear and confident communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
• A proactive approach and genuine interest in continuing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end due diligence for new and existing clients, partners and suppliers, covering intake, evidence collection, review, risk assessment, approval, record keeping and renewals.
• Monitor legal and gambling regulatory developments, turning changes into clear, relevant updates for stakeholders across the business.
• Manage the policy lifecycle, from drafting and approvals through to rollout, communications, training and periodic reviews, helping embed consistent controls across Kambi.
• Support Kambi’s Compliance Committee, including administrative coordination where required.
• Contribute to gaming licence applications, preparing and collating forms, supporting documentation and other required submissions.
• Build effective relationships with regulatory authorities and senior stakeholders across the business where required.
• Maintain accurate licensing information and systems, supporting the management of Kambi’s licences and registrations.
• Manage multiple projects and workstreams, balancing priorities in line with changing business requirements. Depending on the needs of the team, you may also have the opportunity to manage one or more colleagues.
