• Master’s or undergraduate degree in Economics, Law, Politics or History
• Internships or part-time experience in financial services

Responsibilities

• Compliance advisory: Providing guidance on regulatory requirements, new initiatives, products, services, and client-related matters.
• Compliance monitoring & assurance: Assessing whether the firm’s policies, processes, and controls are operating effectively and identifying areas for improvements.
• Regulatory change: Supporting monitoring developments and implementing required changes.
• Conduct & client outcomes: Ensuring high standards of conduct and good client outcomes.
• Policies and governance: Maintaining the compliance framework and reporting to senior management.
