• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing external agencies and budgets.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
• A passion for television, entertainment and popular culture.
• Experience within entertainment, streaming, media, technology or consumer brands.
• Understanding of the UK media landscape and creator ecosystem.
• Experience using data to inform communications strategy and measure campaign success.
• Knowledge of AI tools and their application within modern communications functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated publicity campaigns for original series, exclusive content and first-run programming.
• Lead creative communications activity around premieres, screenings, press junkets, talent appearances and launch events.
• Drive consumer PR initiatives that enhance brand awareness and cultural relevance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, influencers and content creators.
• Deliver strategic media relations activity across traditional, digital and social channels.
• Use data and insights to shape campaign strategy, measure impact and optimise performance.
• Manage external PR agencies and campaign budgets.
• Partner closely with marketing, social, events and international communications teams.
• Provide strategic communications counsel to senior stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of emerging media trends and the growing role of AI within communications.
