Mulberry seeks a Director of Communications to lead the 360 global communications strategy across PR, events and talent. Based in Kensington, you will drive editorial coverage, partner with agencies, and ensure consistency of Mulberry’s brand voice across UK, EU, US and other regions.

You will manage the influencer strategy, oversee press kits and releases, and work with marketing, product and finance teams to support commercial objectives while upholding Mulberry’s sustainability commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior role within luxury fashion or lifestyle brands.
• Senior UK fashion press contacts and editorial relationships.
• Sustainability and purpose-driven comms experience is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead the 360 global comms plan across PR, Events, and Talent.
• Secure strong editorial coverage and manage key media relationships.
• Oversee partnerships, brand events, and influencer collaborations.
• Guide local markets to adapt global strategy to their needs.
• Lead budget management and cross-functional collaboration with teams.
