Job summary

Matchtech is supporting a well-established pharmaceutical and nutritional healthcare group seeking a Commercial Analyst to strengthen forecasting, distributor performance analysis, and commercial decision support across global markets. This role focuses on turning complex data into clear, actionable insights for strategic decisions.

The position is based in North West London (NW2) with hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 from home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in business, finance, supply chain or related field.
• Experience in fast-moving commercial analytics roles.
• Strong data analysis and ability to translate insight into actions.
• Advanced Excel skills (preferred).
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly forecasts from export orders and maintain a rolling 4-month order book.
• Identify supply chain risks, delays and stock issues; escalate as needed.
• Analyse distributor sales-in and sales-out to spot trends and drivers.
• Develop reporting to measure campaign performance with International Marketing leadership.
• Support pricing reviews, new market assessments and distributor incentives.
• Review distributor briefs and provide clear recommendations.
• Coordinate product availability and shipment status through internal communication.
