Qualifications

• Requires at least 5 years’ experience in an applicable compliance field and/or related R&D (GxP).
• Experienced in conducting GCP audits and developing audit strategies for therapeutic programs.
• Ability to work onsite 3 days per week at a J&J location.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver domain-specific audit strategies and plans for therapeutic programs, GCP systems, and suppliers.
• Lead complex QA audits, including planning, execution, reporting, and CAPA collaboration.
• Guide auditors in scope, planning, and reporting; ensure regulatory and process expertise across domains.
• Coordinate inspection readiness and support HA inspections as primary contact for Clinical QA domains.
