Qualifications

• 5+ years' payments experience within a bank, fintech or payment processing institution.
• Demonstrable experience of Test Management of large international, diverse testing functions.
• Strong collaborator with good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the end-to-end client implementation testing strategy for Visa Direct products.
• Oversee all critical activities of the department Client related Testing and onboarding.
• Build a strong and cohesive team by providing leadership through coaching.
