Job summary

Howden in London is offering a Specialty Legal, Technical & Claims Graduate Programme. Over two years, you will rotate through four specialist claims teams, spending six months in each area to gain a broad view of the insurance industry.

You will start with no insurance experience required and will build technical and professional skills, with opportunities to pursue fully funded qualifications like CII/SQE. A permanent role awaits after completion.

Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required; full training provided.
• Recent graduate or final-year student from any degree.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Interest in global events and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through four claims teams over two years with 6 months each.
• Assist investigations, coverage assessments and policy reviews.
• Build relationships with brokers, insurers and clients.
• Develop negotiation and analytical skills for future roles.
