Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. seeks a Chief Financial Officer to accelerate growth of its International business.

This leadership role reports to senior finance leaders and partners across regions to shape strategy, optimize investments, and deliver robust planning and analytics across approximately 40 entities in EMEA/APAC. The role requires CFO-level experience, deep cross-border FP&A, and the ability to lead a geographically distributed team.

Competenze

• 10+ years in senior FP&A or finance leadership with CFO-level scope.
• Experience in a large, matrixed org with cross-geography collaboration.
• Deep FP&A, P&L, forecasting, strategic planning experience.
• Experience evaluating acquisitions, investments and business cases.

Mansioni

• Act as CFO-level partner to Head of International and leadership team.
• Oversee international FP&A, forecasting, planning, and performance analysis.
• Develop long-term financial and strategic plans with growth and profitability focus.
• Monitor performance, drive actions to address variances, and optimize investments.
• Lead alliance with US stakeholders and guide M&A considerations.
