Role

As Global Category Manager, you'll lead the development of strategic sourcing initiatives across logistics and wider indirect spend areas. Working within a dynamic, decentralised structure, you'll collaborate with senior stakeholders worldwide to bring greater consistency, transparency, and long-term value to procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing and implementing global category strategies across logistics and indirect services
  • Building and maintaining high-value supplier partnerships and leading key contract negotiations
  • Identifying cost efficiency opportunities while enhancing process governance and compliance
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and supply resilience
  • Supporting the design and roll-out of new procurement frameworks, systems, and tools
Required Experience

You're an accomplished procurement or supply chain professional who thrives in a complex, fast-moving international environment. You'll bring a blend of strategic vision and hands-on delivery, with:

  • Proven experience across indirect procurement, logistics, or related categories
  • Strong commercial insight and negotiation skills
  • The ability to influence and build trust across senior stakeholder groups
  • Experience working within matrixed or decentralised business structures
  • Solid analytical capability, with confidence using SAP, Excel, and procurement platforms
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for driving improvement and innovation
