Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior commercial or PMO roles within FM Projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction procurement and project management processes.
• Experience managing contracts ~£5m and project portfolios >£40m.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial strategy and pricing frameworks.
• Implement best practices to improve margins and standardise delivery processes.
• Provide commercial input into annual capital investment plans.
• Oversee Account Development Plans.
