Job Purpose

As we continue to expand our market share in the rapidly emerging Employee Experience platform category, we are looking for a Global Business Development Manager.

The Role
  • Drive scale, innovation and repeatability in best‑in‑class lead generation.
  • Lead, coach and mentor a global team of Sales and Business Development Representatives to engage potential prospects through phone, email, and social channels.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to develop and maintain active engagement strategies, creating awareness and education through strategic follow‑ups in partnership with the Account Executive (AE).
  • Partner with marketing to support messaging, initiatives, campaigns and events.
  • Create a strong operational cadence to drive team performance and ensure we meet and exceed our quotas and KPIs.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a sales or sales development capacity within a software or technology environment.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship capability including the ability to influence and inspire the team.
  • Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiar with sales engagement, enrichment and intelligence tools for prospecting.
  • Familiar with CRM.
  • Quick learner and team player with experience working in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing and the broader GTM organization.
  • Determined, able to overcome objections and not afraid of rejection; desire to progress a career in sales.
  • Effective time management to complete objectives; experience of exceeding results and other KPIs.
  • Ability to thrive in a high‑energy team environment; willingness to work from the office a minimum of 3 days per week.
  • Some international travel expected.
