Job summary

The FA is seeking an experienced Senior Broadcast Manager to lead end-to-end broadcast operations across its prestigious football portfolio. You will manage rights delivery, budgets, and relationships with broadcasters, production partners and league stakeholders to ensure exceptional coverage of FA competitions.

Qualifications

  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Strong budget management experience across large broadcasts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, plus strong organisational skills.
  • Proven track record leading teams and delivering complex broadcast operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Broadcast Managers to deliver contractual rights to broadcast partners.
  • Oversee end-to-end output domestically and internationally across all platforms.
  • Supervise broadcast selection and act as primary escalation point for issues.
  • Manage relationships with broadcasters and partners, including tender processes.
  • Oversee production budgets and ensure regulatory compliance across competitions.
  • Recruit and develop Match Managers to maintain high delivery standards.
  • Oversee virtual advertising implementation across properties with compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive process improvements.
