Job summary

INEOS Automotive is seeking a BI Developer to join Global Sales Operations and build robust Power BI solutions on top of Snowflake. You will work with the Reporting Lead across a portfolio of dashboards for leads, orders, retailer performance, inventory and customer experience.

The role is hands-on, requiring data modelling, DAX, SQL, and Power Automate integrations. You’ll contribute to extending data and reporting products across the company and grow your career.

Qualifications

• Strong Power BI development with data modelling and DAX skills.
• Experience with composite models and DirectQuery in Power BI.
• Solid SQL skills for querying and tuning against Snowflake.
• Good understanding of Kimball dimensional modelling.
• Experience administering the Power BI platform (licensing, security, workspaces).
• Ability to work from written requirements independently and flag risks.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Scoping, designing, building, servicing, and supporting all new and existing reports / dashboards within the organisation to provide robust analytical solutions.
• Gathering, inspecting, cleaning, transforming and modelling data to reveal useful information for decision-making.
• Capturing data requirements to design or maintain data models that support BI initiatives.
• Delivering testing, user acceptance testing and end-user training.
• Responsible for the BI estate and providing guidance for upgrades and first-line support for BI users.
