Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Product Security Engineer within Consumer Banking to deliver secure software at scale.

You will build tamper-proof, auditable security controls across microservices, cloud-native environments and CI/CD pipelines, while seconded to a fintech partner before returning to JPMorgan Chase. You will apply AI-assisted threat modelling, perform security control reviews, and design secure production code, collaborating with product and platform teams to uphold resilience

Qualifications

• 5+ years of applied cybersecurity architecture experience.
• Proficient in Go and Python.
• Experience with SDLC, CI/CD and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze security risks and report findings to protect data, apps, and infrastructure.
• Use AI tools for threat modelling and security documentation with proper validation.
• Review existing security controls with minimal oversight.
• Identify gaps in network architecture and document threats and mitigations.
• Design, develop and troubleshoot security solutions for internal clients.
• Create secure production code and maintain secure algorithms.
