Job summary

THG is seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to drive global B2B marketing for THG Manufacturing. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will help build the co-manufacturing brand and deliver campaigns that raise awareness, engagement, and commercial growth across FMCG, wellness, and sports nutrition markets worldwide.

This hands-on role covers demand generation, digital marketing, content, events, and sales enablement, with responsibilities across brand positioning, SEO, and partner

Qualifications

• Essential requirements include 1–2 years of B2B marketing within manufacturing, FMCG, ingredients, or life sciences.
• End-to-end brand building experience in competitive international markets.
• Experience supporting lead generation through integrated campaigns, digital channels, content, and events.
• Working knowledge of B2B digital marketing, CMS, SEO, and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
• Exhibition, trade show, and activations experience.

Responsibilities

• Support global B2B marketing activity for THG Manufacturing campaigns and brand development.
• Assist demand generation, digital marketing, content, and sales enablement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Commercial Directors and R&D teams to accelerate commercial sales cycles.
• Coordinate with events teams for exhibitions, trade shows, and experiential marketing.
• Develop collateral and digital assets to support campaigns and customer engagement.
