Job summary

Integra is expanding its global aviation liability team and seeks experienced claim handlers, surveyors, and loss adjusters. The role involves managing complex claims across multiple regions within a hybrid London-based setup, engaging with insurers, engineers, and legal specialists to drive settlements and timely resolutions.

Candidates should have aviation liability claims handling experience and excellent English communication, with the ability to negotiate and manage deadlines.

Qualifications

• Must have a legal and/or aviation liability claims handler experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; other languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle and manage multiple insurance claims including contact with Third Party claimants.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, lawyers and forensic accountants as appointed by insurers.
• Prepare settlement recommendations for insurer approval and manage assignments to closure.
• Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders and ensure timely updates.
