A leading water technology company in High Wycombe seeks a skilled Sales Manager to drive regional growth and foster long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess extensive sales experience in the scientific sector and should be proficient in CRM tools, particularly Salesforce. A Bachelor's degree in a scientific field is required, and a strong background in strategic sales planning is essential. Drive regional sales growth while providing Water Technologies - Elga HQ with valuable market insights and product feedback.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans for each business unit to consistently exceed targets.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline focusing on key accounts to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to set ambitious growth targets and implement high-impact strategies.
Engage and influence clients at all levels building strong long-term relationships.
Craft compelling business proposals, sales plans and contracts in collaboration with Water Technologies - Elga teams.
Lead regular customer meetings to strengthen partnerships and drive long-term success.
Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring market trends and identifying new growth opportunities.
Bachelors degree in Chemistry Biology or a related scientific field (Masters / MBA preferred)
Extensive sales experience in the scientific / lab equipment industry
Strong technical knowledge of pure water principles and the ELGA product range.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and Google Suite
Business-conscious and commercially astute.
Fluent in English with additional European languages being a plus.
