Love a dashboard that actually adds up? Get satisfaction from catching the tiny data gremlins before anyone else even notices? We’re hiring a hands-on Analytics Manager to be the driving force behind marketing data quality and governance for a multi-market Datorama dashboard supporting a major global brand in the healthcare market.
This is a role for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, thrives on precision, and wants to make reporting smarter, cleaner, and more trusted across markets.
You’ll sit right at the heart of the reporting ecosystem—part data guardian, part problem-solver, part process-builder.
Expect to:
Own data governance across markets: implement frameworks and standards so every feed into the dashboard is consistent, compliant, and reliable.
Build and run data quality checks: validation rules, naming conventions, taxonomy governance, exception handling—you’ll define what “good” looks like and make sure we hit it.
Lead offshore governance support: prioritise tasks, QA outputs, and keep delivery timelines on track.
Partner with dashboard developers: ensure what’s in the source matches what’s on screen, and resolve mismatches quickly.
Spot anomalies before they become issues: monitor pipelines, investigate irregularities, and work with engineering to fix root causes.
Keep documentation sharp and current: data dictionaries, mappings, governance logs—making sure they evolve as campaigns and markets shift.
Help onboard new markets and sources: validate structure, completeness, and alignment with global standards.
Support audits and compliance checks: keeping reporting robust and regulation-ready.
You’ve done this before owning data standards and quality in marketing/media/reporting environments and you’re confident working at scale.
You notice the discrepancies others miss. Detail isn’t a preference for you; it’s your default setting.
You’re comfortable coordinating across time zones, keeping offshore teams aligned, and communicating clearly with stakeholders.
You don’t just fix problems you design systems and frameworks that stop them happening again.
Advanced Excel (checks, pivots, formulas, QA workflows)
SQL for validation and ad-hoc querying
Datorama or similar dashboard/integration tools (Tableau, Looker) is a plus
Have supported multi-market dashboard rollouts
Know common media and marketing KPIs inside out
Have governed taxonomy and naming conventions for media platforms
Have worked in fast-moving, high-volume data environments
