Who We Are in the UK?

Spark Foundry, the Acceleration Agency.

We help brands to identify, learn and respond to opportunities faster than the competition.

We've proven our approach during the most difficult year on record. Now we're using it to provide a launchpad for their future.

Come be an accelerator with us.

How we accelerate
  • Planning: an approach that works in practice rather than theory, arming planners with the ability to create cutting edge campaigns
  • Intelligence: a suite of tools that give definitive answers to big questions, and uncovers actionable insights about real people
  • Trading: a model built on flexibility and trusted relationships, underpinned with bold guarantees

Overview

We're looking for a hands-on Analytics Manager to help develop, build, and optimise a Salesforce Datorama dashboard that brings together marketing performance data across multiple global markets for a leading global healthcare company.

If you get a kick out of solving data puzzles, building clean, scalable dashboards, and making complex marketing ecosystems feel simple and actionable - you'll fit right in.

Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing

You’ll be a key player in bringing global performance reporting to life. Day to day, you:

  • Develop and enhance Datorama dashboards that visualise multi-channel performance across global markets.
  • Build custom widgets, harmonisation rules, and data transformations to standardise reporting at scale.
  • Collaborate with the Associate Director and wider team to integrate new data sources, QA pipelines, and troubleshoot ingestion issues.
  • Work closely with campaign teams to translate reporting needs into reliable, user-friendly dashboard features.
  • Automate recurring reports and visualisations to reduce manual work and speed up insights.
  • Support post-campaign analysis, extracting performance data and identifying trends and opportunities.
  • Create documentation and dashboard guides to drive adoption and consistency across markets.
Qualifications
What you’ll bring
Datorama expertise (required)

You've built or maintained dashboards in Salesforce Datorama and understand the platform end-to-end - harmonisation, mapping, calculated metrics, and advanced visualisations.

Strong data handling skills

You're confident working with large, complex datasets from media platforms (Google, Meta, DSPs, etc.) and know how to clean, validate, and structure data for dashboard use.

Execution-first mindset

You're a builder at heart. You like getting into the technical details and solving challenges directly - not managing from the sidelines.

Marketing metrics understanding

You're fluent in media performance and funnel KPIs: impressions, reach, CTR, CPC, conversions, and beyond.

Detail-oriented, quality-focused

You value accuracy and consistency. You QA everything, sweat the small stuff, and build tools people can rely on.

Tools & languages
  • Salesforce Datorama - essential
  • Strong Excel skills
  • SQL proficiency (ideal)
  • Bonus: Python, APIs, or other BI/dashboard tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
Bonus points if you…
  • Have built Datorama dashboards across multiple markets or brands
  • Have experience managing data from multiple media platforms
  • Are familiar with brand lift measurement and how it's reported
