Job summary

Bupa in London is seeking a Group Head of AI Security Architecture to lead the strategic direction of AI security across the organisation. This senior role requires defining standards, governance and reference patterns, and collaborating with control functions to enable secure AI adoption at scale.

You'll shape the AI security capability roadmap, assess risk against privacy and regulatory obligations, and translate emerging threats into practical security improvements for the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in cyber security architecture within regulated environments.
• Deep understanding of AI security risks and threat patterns.
• Knowledge of security architecture for cloud, data and AI-enabled platforms.
• Experience designing security frameworks and patterns for AI.
• Experience with assurance evidence, go-live criteria and governance inputs for AI initiatives.
• Familiarity with privacy, data protection and regulatory considerations in AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Bupa's AI Security architecture, defining standards, governance and reference patterns for secure AI adoption at scale.
• Define enterprise-wide AI Security standards, controls and reusable patterns.
• Collaborate with control functions to enhance frameworks and governance for secure AI adoption across Bupa.
• Develop and maintain the AI Security capability roadmap and strategic investments.
• Provide strategic AI Security leadership and advisory support across Bupa.
• Define and evolve the AI security risk framework aligned to privacy obligations and regulatory requirements.
• Translate emerging AI threats into practical security enhancements for the risk model and governance.
