This role offers complete autonomy over development, architecture, and decision-making while transitioning from a third-party team to in-house operations. The engineer will build engineering capabilities, shape offshore models, and has the potential to progress to a CTO position. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Neo4j, LLM/AI capabilities, Kafka, and API-first architecture.

Qualifications

• Experience with Neo4j and AI capabilities.
• Proficient in Kafka and Java / JVM.
• Strong background in API-first architecture.
