This is a high-impact role for an experienced Enterprise Sales professional responsible for providing intelligent building management solutions to the Global Enterprise sectors. The successful candidate will possess experience in physical security systems and IoT technologies, focusing on driving significant new business and sales growth. This position requires a "hunter" mentality to identify, develop, and close large, multi-site global end‑user account opportunities. You will be responsible for cultivating executive relationships—often at the C‑Level—targeting global enterprises, corporate security leaders, and real‑estate executives to support the company’s ambitious growth goals.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect large/enterprise and global multi-site end-user account opportunities through various channels, including networking, industry events, cold calling, and social media
  • Identify key end-user opportunities for direct engagement and act as a critical "hunter" for new global and enterprise logos
  • Qualify prospective customers to identify areas where our solutions provide value, driving adoption in global rollouts, system retrofits, and corporate expansions
  • Create and cultivate key relationships with C-Suite, VP, and Director-level decision-makers within the FTSE 100/250 and Global 2000 sectors
  • Establish executive-level champions (e.g., SVPs, Directors of Global Security) to drive growth in Recurring Monthly Revenue and hardware sales across international portfolios
  • Collaborate effectively with prospective customers at multiple levels of an organisation—from Procurement to IT and Security—to build lasting global partnerships
  • Collaborate with the internal Marketing team to maximise sales campaigns through targeted Enterprise end-user communication
  • Collaborate with internal and external sales teams and stakeholders to cultivate strong working relationships and drive overall account growth
  • Accurately manage a CRM sales pipeline to forecast quota achievement effectively
  • Demonstrate a desire to contribute to the organisation's overall goals and strategic efforts
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Account Management, Global Business Development, or physical security sales at the large-scale end-user level
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred
  • A track record in solution selling, channel management, navigating long sales cycles, and executing a "land and expand" strategy
  • Proven success in making direct contact with global end-user decision-makers, qualifying opportunities, and establishing strong value propositions
  • A strong and unwavering "hunter" mentality is required for this role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent English is required; bilingual proficiency (Dutch, French, German, and/or Spanish) is a plus
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating well with internal and external teams
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory between 60-75% of the time
  • Ability to attend industry trade shows, internal meetings, and related events 3-4 times per year outside the assigned territory; the role requires occasional global travel
  • Must reside in the United Kingdom (or the Netherlands) and be located near a major airport
Compensation

The compensation package for this full-time position offers a basic salary with additional commission incentives. Individual compensation packages are based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, training, and market conditions. In addition to cash compensation (basic salary and, where applicable, allowances, incentives, or overtime pay), Brivonians may be eligible for a benefits and perks package tailored to their work location.
