Job summary

Enverus is seeking an International Accounting Manager for the United Kingdom to oversee UK and Czech Republic accounting operations, close processes, and financial reporting. You will ensure GAAP compliance, coordinate with external auditors, and lead treasury and tax initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.

The role requires 10+ years in international accounting, strong communication, and stakeholder management across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's and CPA licensed may be preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in international accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and Czech Republic GAAP.
• Experience with public company environments and ERP systems such as Sage Intacct.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support UK and Czech Republic accounting operations including procurement, travel/employee expenses, payroll accounting, financial reporting, treasury, tax, compliance, and team management.
• Complete monthly close and internal/external financial reporting, including reporting to US corporate office.
• Ensure US GAAP compliance and coordinate with external auditors.
• Facilitate compliance with tax regulations and transfer pricing.
• Oversee treasury operations and local country banking relationships.
• Collaborate with US FP&A for budget, forecast, and financial analysis.
• Lead integration of acquisitions and system implementations.
• Drive internal controls and accounting policy improvements; supervise staff training.
• Provide guidance and supervision to junior staff.
