• Act as main POC, managing all aspects of the relationship.
• Oversee onboarding, set up and renewal contract extensions.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans.
• Work closely with the compliance team to agree SLA’s.
• Troubleshoot issues arising from delivery and reporting of services.
• Chair and drive regular client calls.
• Manage cross-functional and cross-border dependencies.
• Use data analytics and reporting tools to turn data into insight.
