A global professional services company is seeking a Global Absence Lead to manage absence and time off within their HRIS. This role involves ensuring compliance with various absence policies and collaborating with regional stakeholders for seamless implementation of solutions. Candidates should have a strong background in absence management and experience in managing projects in a multinational environment. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication and analytical skills, and hold a degree in HR or related fields.

We are recruiting for a Global Absence Lead to join us on a 6-month FTC taking responsibility for leading absence and time off management within our HRIS.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Absence management, and will manage stakeholders across multiple countries to ensure seamless implementation.
