NEXT in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support the Store Manager and oversee stock, security and warehouse operations. Lead and inspire your team to maximise sales, drive efficiencies and hit performance targets.

• Support the Store Manager in providing leadership and inspiring your team to be at their best, stepping up to cover the store when needed.

• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and security procedures; manage manhour control and recruitment needs.
• Lead disciplinary and grievance processes when necessary and drive operational efficiency.
• Hands-on involvement in operational and commercial activities with the team and drive change.
