Job summary

Hyosung UK Limited is seeking a Project Manager for GIS-enabled transformer projects in the UK. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver complex engineering programs, coordinating with engineering, procurement, logistics and installation teams.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, commercial awareness and the ability to manage risks and opportunities effectively. A proactive leader with a focus on safety, quality and on-time delivery is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years proven experience in project management (GIS) within power/engineering sectors.
• Experienced in delivering complex technical or infrastructure projects.
• Strong planning, budgeting and risk management skills.
• Experience managing stakeholders at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead GIS projects from initiation to completion within time, budget and specs.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource strategies.
• Track performance, prepare progress reports, update senior management.
• Be primary client/supplier/internal team's contact, ensuring clear communication.
• Monitor costs, budgets and support change management and contractual obligations.
• Identify and mitigate risks to minimise delivery impact.
• Ensure work meets health, safety, and regulatory standards.
