A leading sports organization in the UK is looking for a PDG Assistant Coach to join their team. This role involves delivering high-quality rugby sessions and supporting the player development group. Ideal candidates will have coaching experience, especially in women's rugby, and possess relevant coaching qualifications. The introduction of the Girls Player Development Group (PDG) U18 development phase centres is an exciting time for the girls' performance pathway. We are looking for a PDG Assistant Coach, who will join a wider group of Assistant Coaches and work with the Lead coach to deliver high quality rugby sessions. There are expected to be 23 sessions with the PDG Development Group, which could involve certain sessions taking place in school holidays, evenings, and weekends. Session length will vary but we would expect them to last up to 4 hours.
