Job summary

Brentford FC Community Sports Trust is seeking a Casual Girls Academy Goalkeeper Coach to plan, deliver and review the U14 & U16 girls GK programme, aligned with the club’s playing philosophy and academy curriculum. You will lead training sessions, monitor development and support the pathway for female players.

This part-time role (7.5 hours per week) requires a UEFA C Diploma and recent safeguarding and first aid qualifications, with strong communication and organisational skills and

Qualifications

• UEFA C Diploma and National Goalkeeping Course.
• FA First Aid in Football and safeguarding qualifications.
• Enhanced DBS and relevant safeguarding training.
• Minimum three years coaching experience in talent development.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and review the U14/U16 Girls Academy goalkeeping programme.
• Provide regular feedback and player reviews.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff and academy colleagues.
• Support talent identification and progression within the pathway.
• Attend meetings, CPD events and staff development activities.
