Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5 years of relevant experience, including supervisory and large events and special projects leadership.
• Experience with church database and Microsoft/Google product suites.
• Proficient in English, preferred bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily oversight of Outreach Ministries program execution and maintain alignment with the multi-site outreach strategy.
• Supervise the On-Site Coordinator and act on behalf of the Campus Pastor as needed.
• Lead the design and execution of outreach projects and community partnerships.
• Develop and track outreach budgets using program data and impact findings.
• Build relationships with schools, businesses, and non-profits for engagement and programming.
• Support campus worship and special projects as part of overall campus operations.
