DLRC Group is seeking a German-speaking Management Accountant for its UK operations based in Letchworth Garden City. This flexible part-time role (16-24 hours per week) supports the German entity with ownership of management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

You will liaise between the UK finance team and German business operations, ensuring accurate reporting, strong controls, and informed business decisions.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience as a Management Accountant or Financial Accountant or similar finance role.
• Strong working knowledge of DATEV and German accounting processes.

Responsabilités

• Prepare monthly management accounts for the German entity.
• Produce P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reports.
• Perform month-end reconciliations and ensure data integrity.
