German Speaking Lead Nurture Consultant

Our client, who are well-established and reputable company, are seeking a German Speaking Lead Nurture Consultant to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a specialist lead generation agency delivering outstanding ROI for clients on various different Lead Generation projects.

  • Salary : £27,000
  • Benefits : 26 days annual leave + stats, gym membership and regular socials events
  • Location : Harrogate – Hybrid working (3 days from home, 2 days office based)

As a Lead Nurture Consultant, you will be responsible for building, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners to maximise revenue across assigned accounts. In this role, you will nurture inbound prospects and drive high-quality sales opportunities, reinforcing the features, benefits and real-world value of client propositions.

Responsibilities
  • Outbound prospect engagement, conducting calls in English and German
  • Meeting monthly internal sales KPIS and OKRs
  • Accurate and detailed data capture
  • Analyzing your own sales pipeline data
  • Recognising market trends and sharing intel with the customer and the internal team
  • Developing positive relationships with clients where appropriate
  • Staying up-to-date with current market conditions affecting the sales cycle
  • Fulfilling mentorship and coaching duties within the team
  • Attending and contributing towards all relevant client events and meetings
  • Attending and contributing towards all internal training and planning meetings
  • Updating CRM and client records on a daily basis
  • Understanding the basic metrics that exist within the marketing and sales funnels that will be reported to clients
  • Setting core objectives for weekly work planning
  • Contributing to senior management’s strategic account planning where required
  • Attending internal and external meetings were relevant
Candidate Requirements
  • Fluent in both English and German Language (spoken and written)

  • IT literate – strong Microsoft office & CRM skills (Excel and data reporting skills are desirable)
  • Lead generation experience is desirable but not essential
  • Additional languages (e.g. Italian or French) are a plus
