Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a fluent German and English speaking IT Helpdesk Analyst to support colleagues across locations including Edinburgh and Leeds. The role combines first‑line IT support with multilingual customer service in a hybrid setup.

Training is provided, with a 3-month in-office phase before transitioning to hybrid working. The 35-hour week runs Monday to Friday, with shifts between 7:00am and 7:00pm.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English required.
• Strong customer service skills in a fast paced environment.
• Interest in IT and technology.
• Experience handling inbound calls and tickets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound IT support calls in German and English.
• Log, update, and manage IT tickets in the system.
• Provide first-line IT support for password resets and access issues.
• Escalate complex issues to specialist teams as needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service in both German and English.
