Job summary

Chadwick Nott is seeking fluent German-speaking lawyers or paralegals for a remote UK-based document review project supporting a major investigation. The assignment offers £25–£37 per hour with potential to develop into a longer-term engagement.

Responsibilities include reviewing German-language documents, first-pass coding, and, for experienced candidates, quality control and broader case-team support. Remote work within the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English.
• Previous document review experience.
• Strong Relativity experience.
• Ability to work remotely from within the UK.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Experience on investigations, disputes, regulatory matters or large-scale disclosure exercises.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and analysing German-language documents
• Conducting first-pass review and coding documents in accordance with review protocols
• Performing quality control reviews of coding decisions
• Creating and executing searches within Relativity
• Identifying key documents and escalating issues where appropriate
• Clearly explaining and defending coding decisions to the wider legal team when required
• Maintaining high levels of accuracy and consistency throughout the review process
