Our client is an established and successful business based in Newton Aycliffe. They are looking for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team on a part time basis. If you meet the person specification for the role, please apply below.
The job you will be doing
- Providing service to company customers regarding status of orders, deliveries, lead times and coordination
- Contacting customers to arrange changes in shipping schedules, communicating reasons for changes and providing updates
- Coordinating with scheduling to expedite the delivery of products
- Investigating problems and gathering information to ensure a satisfactory and timely resolution
- Monitoring customer expectations, and taking corrective action when needed
- Supporting order entry and resolving customer order concerns
- Creating customer quotations based on pricing logic
- Maintaining the company price lists
- Entering price changes into the company systems and maintaining customer master listing
- Coordinating with company accounting to help resolve customer invoicing issues
- Collaborating with the wider team including planning, procurement and accounts
About You
- Native German language skills – both written and verbal are essential
- 5 GCSE’s or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
SAP experience is desirable
- Computer literate
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work in an efficient, self-directed manner
