A leading recruitment agency is seeking a German Speaking Customer Service Agent in Nottingham. This role involves responding to customer queries in both German and English, handling complaints, and maintaining customer records. The ideal candidate is fluent in both languages, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable with a hybrid working environment. This position offers a competitive salary and full training in a supportive, multilingual team.
Location: Nottingham (Hybrid – 2 days in the office, 3 days from home)
Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm (with occasional Saturday work on a rota basis)
