Main duties

Assist customers with bookings and any enquiries they may have

The role
  • Manage bookings from provisional to confirmed
  • Provide support with bookings amendments
  • Give advice to customers on different tours available to them
  • Liaise with suppliers and create strong working relationships with them
  • Quickly adapt to change such as accommodation closures or travel disruptions
